SIA Hollistic (hereinafter – the Company) assumes full responsibility for the privacy of each customer and takes all necessary steps to protect the information we receive from customers. The Policy provides information on how the Company collects, processes, stores, deletes and protects the Customer’s personal data, thus ensuring that the Customer’s personal data is processed in a lawful, fair and transparent manner for the Customer.

What type of information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

How do we store, use, share and disclose site visitors' personal information?

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics for aggregated, anonymized website traffic analysis. In order to track your session usage, Google drops a cookie (_ga) with a randomly-generated ClientID in your browser. This ID is anonymized and contains no identifiable information like email, phone number, name, etc. We also send Google your IP Address. We use GA to track aggregated website behavior, such as what pages you looked at, for how long, and so on.
This information is important to us for improving the user experience and determining site effectiveness. What is the basis for processing the Customer’s personal data?
Customer’s consent: The customer, as a personal data subject, gives his or her consent to the collection and processing of personal data for certain purposes. The customer’s consent is based on free will and independent decision, which can be given at any time, thus allowing the Company to process personal data for specified purposes. The Customer has the right to withdraw his/her prior consent at any time using the specified communication channels with the Company. The changes will take effect within three business days. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.

Conclusion and execution of the agreement: in order for the Company to conclude and execute the agreement with the Customer, providing quality services and servicing the Customer, it must collect and process certain personal data that is collected before concluding the agreement with the Company or over the course of an already concluded agreement.
Legitimate interests of the Company: in accordance with the interests of the Company, which are based on the provision of quality services and timely support to the Customer, the Company has the right to process the Customer’s personal data to the extent justifiably necessary.

What is the processing time of the Customer’s personal data?
The Company will process the Customer’s personal data as long as at least one of the following circumstances exists:

the Agreement between the Customer and the Company is valid,

the term of storage of personal data is determined or follows from the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia and the European Union,

to the extent necessary for the implementation and protection of the Company’s legitimate interests,

until the Customer’s consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn.
